The latest research shows that lifestyle is more important than our genes. That is the diet affects us enormously and want you to be healthier, stronger and more energetic you can not live on junk food, but you need to give your body high-quality fuel and avoiding storage of interfering substances in the body by refraining from junk food, chemicals and other breaks down the body.
 
The foods that contain the most nutrients that the body can absorb the organic vegetables and berries. Want to maximize your energy to be healthier or to perform better this shall be the basis of your nutrition.
 
It is most important to avoid the chemicals and all the allergens which all contain substances that affect the human body physiology negatively. Those who are healthy and have good genes may not receive any reaction but they must still process the allergens and remove from the body's depots to handle them. The most common allergens are to be minimized and preferably excluded entirely from the diet is wheat, gluten, dairy, lactose, citrus, soy, tomato, maize, pome fruits, mushrooms, eggs, nuts and garlic.
 
It is important not only what you eat but also how you combine your foods. Two commodities that can be good individually fit may not together. In order for your digestive function optimally, the meal to be properly formulated with ingredients that fit together and whatsoever you shall eat in a beautiful and quiet environment, preferably with friends. If you are stressed, annoyed, tired, or eat food containing allergens, are indigestible and disrupts the body's communication will not digestive function optimally.
